How PipeHalo handles your data

• Read-only: PipeHalo never creates, edits or pauses anything in your ad accounts or CRM.
• No personal contact details: from your CRM, PipeHalo stores sources and stages, not people. It keeps no contact names, emails or phone numbers.
• Encrypted access: the tokens that let PipeHalo read your accounts are encrypted, and nobody signed in to PipeHalo can read them.
• Your workspace only: each workspace's data is kept separate, so other customers can never see it.
• PipeHalo staff can't see your data unless you give them a support code (see below).
• AI: explanations are written from your flags' numbers, and your data is never used to train AI models.
• Payments: card details go straight to Stripe and never reach PipeHalo.
