What happens if your spend goes over your plan

  1. At 90% of your limit, admins get an email.
  2. If spend averages more than 20% above your limit, admins get 14 days' notice. Then your plan moves to the one that fits and the difference is charged.
  3. You can say no. During the notice, click Don't upgrade on Plan and billing, then Stay on my plan. Nothing is charged and your data, syncing and reports keep working. While spend stays above your plan, new flags, AI explanations and the Monday Brief pause.

To undo that, click Turn automatic upgrades back on, or upgrade any time under Change plan. If your spend drops back under the line, any pending upgrade is cancelled and everything turns back on. Plans never move down automatically. Founding customers keep their price and plan until the date shown on Plan and billing.
