Everyone in the workspace, and everyone you've invited, uses a seat, including viewers. Each plan includes a set number of seats. Plan and billing shows how many you have and what extra seats cost.
To change seats, go to Plan and billing, set the number and click Review change. You'll see the exact amount before you confirm.
- Adding seats: charged today for the rest of the billing period.
- Removing seats: the unused time is credited on your next invoice. You can't go below your plan's included seats or the number of people in the workspace.
