Cancel your plan

1. Go to Plan and billing → Cancel plan and click Cancel plan.
2. Choose a reason, add anything else we should know, and click Cancel my plan.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Then your workspace stops syncing and becomes read-only. Changed your mind? Click Keep my plan any time before then.

On a monthly plan you can cancel once the first 3 months are up; until then the section shows the date you can cancel from. Within your first 30 days, the money-back guarantee refunds you instead.
