30-day money-back guarantee

If PipeHalo isn't for you, you can get back everything you've paid within 30 days of starting a monthly plan.

1. Go to Plan and billing and find 30-day money-back guarantee. It shows the last day you can use it and the amount.
2. Click Get my money back, tell us why you're leaving, and click Refund {amount} and end my plan.

Your plan ends right away and Stripe refunds the card you paid with; it usually shows within 5 to 10 business days. PipeHalo turns read-only: you can still see everything, but syncing, flags, AI explanations and the Monday Brief stop.

The guarantee covers monthly plans only and can be used once per company, including from another workspace. Agency plans aren't covered. For a yearly plan, email support@pipehalo.com.
